Abbasi Industrial Group was established in 1992 with a workshop in Tabriz, and began its operations by producing hinged doors and elevator passenger cabins. In order to develop, progress, and improve the quality of its products, this unit established an independent quality control unit and, utilizing the experience and knowledge of its founders and university experts, established a research and development (R&D) department in 2002.
To diversify the factory’s products, this unit designed and manufactured hospital bed elevators, car elevators, forklift elevators, and glass elevators, and in the same year, obtained a license from the Ministry of Industries and Mines. In 2010, Abbasi Industrial Group, aiming to achieve self-sufficiency in the country’s elevator industry and reduce reliance on imported elevator doors, prioritized the production of automatic and semi-automatic doors. The R&D department of this complex began its research and studies to design and manufacture these types of doors, and in 2013, the efforts of the local experts of this complex came to fruition, and Abbasi Industrial Group succeeded in manufacturing automatic, semi-automatic, and 4-leaf telescopic doors in accordance with the latest international standards.
The dedicated personnel of this complex established an electrostatic powder coating furnace with a chain conveyor system to increase the moisture resistance of their products and improve the quality and durability of their products. Due to the high quality of Abbasi Industrial Group’s products, it succeeded in obtaining the National Iranian Standard certificate in 2014. Also, in 2015, this production unit, with the efforts of its experts, obtained the ISO 9001 certification. To satisfy its customers, Abbasi Industrial Group manufactures hinged doors in various dimensions and according to customer requests, and also in the cabin production line, the implementation of interior cabin decorations can be designed and manufactured according to the taste and requests of esteemed consumers.
The quality control unit performs the testing stages of automatic and semi-automatic doors using the Sample Sampling method in the test room. Also, tests related to standard number 7985 are performed on the doors, and the RUN test is performed on all automatic and semi-automatic door headers. After final approval, the final control label with the Araz Darb brand name is placed on the products and sent to customers with proper packaging.
The paint room of this industrial group is also of the electrostatic powder type. Hinged doors, parts, and orders received from customers for painting are serially entered into the paint room, and after spraying the paint with a magnetic device, they are serially placed in the heat furnace. After completing the baking cycle in the furnace, they are removed and the cooling stage is carried out. Then, all painted parts are properly packaged and sent to the customer.
This industrial group, using the R&D department under the supervision of the company’s technical manager, designs, develops, and manufactures new products for this complex, and all maps and technical documents are implemented in this department and provided to the production unit. All forging and welding stages of the products of this complex are performed by the skilled employees of this group and, after completing the production process, are placed on the assembly line. The quality control unit of this complex consists of three sub-units, which include the control of raw materials entering the factory, control during production, and final control. We are proud that this complex, with the efforts of the children of this land, has succeeded in producing products in accordance with international standards, and the satisfaction of customers and the warranty period of the products of this complex indicate this.
